Embossing

Foil stamping has recently become one of the most popular methods of final product finishing. In order to get the relief hot stamping technology is used. Stamping technology allows to generate such surface texture, that can’t be received by printing inks. This capacity to create the relief is often used for exclusive trendy publications. Our embossing machine CAVOMIT makes it possible to stamp with the maximum area up to 500 х 700 mm and with the maximum speed up to 1000 impresses per hour, which depends on the complexity of the image.

Stamping technology is based on image embossing by means of metal block pressure on the material during heating process.

Hot stamping is processed with the help of the foil of basic colors. We also use the technology of adpressing of different types of the foil.

Application – Stamping technique is used for logos application on paper folders, notebooks, organizers etc. It makes labels and package more attractive and catching.
